Yes, silicone does stick to silicone. When two silicone surfaces come into contact, they tend to adhere to each other due to their similar chemical composition. This property makes silicone a popular material for creating airtight seals and bonding silicone-based products together. **

It is generally not recommended to apply new silicone on top of existing silicone. The new silicone may not adhere properly to the old silicone, leading to potential issues with adhesion and durability. It is best to remove the old silicone completely before applying a new layer to ensure a proper bond and a long-lasting seal. **

Yes, silicone can be applied on top of existing silicone. However, it is important to ensure that the existing silicone is clean and free of any dirt, dust, or residue before applying new silicone. Point-shaped light sources are typically used in applications where a concentrated beam of light is needed, such as flashlights, spotlights, or streetlights. On the other hand, area-shaped light sources are used in applications where a more diffused and widespread illumination is required, such as in ceiling lights, wall sconces, or ambient lighting fixtures. Each type of light source has its own unique advantages and is chosen based on the specific lighting needs of the space or application. **

Point-shaped light sources are typically used in applications where focused or directional lighting is needed, such as in flashlights, spotlights, or task lighting. Surface-shaped light sources, on the other hand, are commonly used in ambient lighting applications where a more diffused and uniform light output is desired, such as in ceiling fixtures, wall sconces, or table lamps. Each type of light source has its own unique advantages and is chosen based on the specific lighting requirements of the space. **
